Zimmer:Das Zimmer ist ca. groß und wirkt durch das Fenster hell und gemütlich. Es ist aktuell mit einem Bettgestell, einer Kommode, einem Bücherregal sowie zwei Lampen eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung kann übernommen werden, der Preis dafür ist verhandelbar, bei Interesse stelle ich gerne den Kontakt zu meiner ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin her.Die Wohnung hat insgesamt und liegt 5. OG. Ein Fahrstuhl ist leider nicht vorhanden, du solltest also gut zu Fuß sein. Zur Wohnung gehören neben Bad und Küche außerdem ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon.Lage:Die Wohnung befindet sich Stadtteil Knieper West. Das Viertel ist ruhig und durch die Nähe zur Hochschule besonders attraktiv für Studenten. Die Hochschule ist in etwa Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.In der Nähe gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Rewe, Lidl und Rossmann sind in ca. Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Außerdem gibt es rund um das Haus kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls sehr gut, sodass es einfach ist z. B. schnell mal in die Innenstadt zu fahren.WG-Leben:Ich bin Johanna, Jahre alt, und suche aktuell einen neuen Mitbewohner*in. Ich studiere Leisure and Tourism Management an der Hochschule Stralsund. In meiner Freizeit tanze ich Standard und Latein, lese, backe oder schaue Netflix.Auch wenn ich selbst eher ruhig bin, würde ich mich freuen, jemanden zu finden, mit dem ich nicht nur zusammen wohne, sondern auch mal quatschen, kochen oder Filmabende machen kann.
