Seeking someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of boundaries. One of us has a cat (he’s a sweetie), and we are not wanting to introduce any other free-roaming animals into the home (tank animals are okay). We like to socialize (think occasional roomie game nights, etc.) but we also stay mindful of when others need space and quiet. Our work schedules vary, so applicants must be communicative and noise-conscious.Rent is 535/month + utility cost - usually shakes out to around 600/month per person.
