Both cigarettes and friendly. I don’t stand or walk . So the bathroom is kinda tricky when it comes to sharing one. I use a shower bench that sits in the tub / shower stall. If shared bathroom? Then bench can be easily moved. I cook !! Everything!! I normally cook way too much SO ?? !! ?? If you like eating “WELL” then - I am the roommate for you . I will have a person whom will come in and clean also. Or atleast clean up after me ! $. would be to highest I can pay and still take care of my other bills. As I have stated I am in a wheelchair and have been for a long time. So WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE is a MUST . I can and will purchase ramps for accessibility if needed . Like I stated I am looking for a longer lease term and a longer lease option.
