It is likely designed with a small child or office space in mind. There is seating inside the closet as an odd but cute feature, but not much can be done with the space.If it goes unrented, I’ll likely furnish it with a murphy bed, cushions, mood lighting and some type of multipurpose side table. I can also purchase either a projector or a small, wall mountable screen to add some creature comforts. Please let me know if you are interested in a pre-furnished tiny bedroom, and I will do my best to set the space for you. This room is also available as an add-on to my other listing, which shares a wall with this room and is slightly bigger. If you are in need of an extra office space, or a kids room, we can negotiate the cost of renting both rooms.
