Expected completion date is Mid September with move in availability starting October 1st or November depending on completion. Two rooms are available at $ which include HOA amenities and utilities. $ additional yearly parking permit required. 1st and last months deposit required at the time of signing. Renter will need to undergo credit check and background clearance.
