Small dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please note, there is already a small dog and a cat in the house, but they do not roam freely when no one is home. The same will be required of any additional pets.There is a laundry area located downstairs for your convenience, and the house remains clean and organized, thanks to the current occupants, who are both working professionals.
