Hey there, my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate by the end of October! You'll have a bedroom with lock, inside a home that has a spacious living room, open kitchen and laundry room. Living room TV has Hulu/HBO/Amazon set up. There's also a big backyard so if you're interested in setting up a garden, we're here to support you! My friend and I are very much into nerdy culture such as video games and anime. We also enjoy cooking/baking and encourage you to join us! If you'd rather have your own space however, then let us know and we'll accommodate. We greatly appreciate communication! Rent is $ a month but utilities fluctuate. These utilities are water/electric/internet. Sorry! We won't be able to accept any pets. This household will have two small dogs and two cats. Looking for an honest, tidy, kind tenant to share my home. This room is small and unfurnished but has hard wood floors and two windows. There is no closet but there is an alcove for a floor to ceiling shelf or hanging rod. If this room is a bit small once you are in the house tenants have first dibs on moving to any room that opens up. There is a shared kitchen (furnished), dining room and living room. We are drama free respectful folk with a quiet but friendly home on half acre so lots of outdoor space including a firepit. There is a visiting miniature horse, Prince, and two free range chickens on property. Powell Butte with miles of walking paths is across the street and are three blocks from Gresham. There is parking at the end of the drive and we are three doors down from the Powell bus stop. One person per room and no sleep overs in room but there is a couch for the occasional guest. Credit and background checks, first and last month and deposit required. Last month rent may be divided if necessary. No smoking on property.
