There is  one closet and a dresser for your storage with ample storage in the bathroom. about the house:The house is a recent flip that I purchased in December. It was an extensive renovation with a lot of great design/features/materials selected. I came in and took it to the next level. I replaced all the decorative lighting and installed smart dimmers throughout the house. There are mini-splits in every room, which is great for the summer months. The house has Sonos throughout. The living room and dining room have all high end, designer furniture, fully accessorized with a great art collection throughout. Several large abstract art pieces define the areas. The gourmet kitchen features a 7' center island, top of the line appliances, including stove, microwave, DW, garbage disposal, W/D and a fridge that makes craft ice, four kinds of ice actually. There is a private backyard that is accessible from French Doors in the dining room and primary bedroom and a side gate. There are two sun loungers over a large outdoor rug, a large bistro table with two dining chairs, a gas grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off or cooling off while sunbathing. The home is professionally landscaped with landscape lighting around the perimeter of the house. There are security cameras outside the entry area, the side yard and gated off street parking. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, no need to share your personal space :-) the apartment is upstairs and your only shared wall connects in your restroom to the neighbors behind us. There are two windows in your room with a walk-in closet. I won’t keep tabs on you, I’m not your mom. We won’t have formal meetings or mandatory “family dinners”, I know some people like these things…. I’m a very casual and “to the point” kinda person. I’m also sarcastic with mild energy. My cat will love you, even though he doesn’t like me. Parking is covered and close to our unit. I’ve had some great roommates and sometimes we’ll vent about our wild work days, but I don’t force my roommates to be my friend, if it’s not organic, it’s cool…. As long as we respect eachother :-) I wake up early, and stay up pretty late, no need to be silent when you’re living your life in this apartment. Friday nights are the only nights I request a quieter (but not uncomfortably silent), environment because I wake up at 3AM on Saturdays for work. I don’t typically have visitors during the week because I work + hours a day. I usually make a casual brunch on Sundays since it’s my only day off, other than that…. I don’t use the kitchen much during the week.
