Rent is seven hundred fifty dollars per room per month with all utilities included (gas, electricity, sewer, water, garbage, and internet). Three people will share two full baths and one kitchen. The security deposit is the same as the rent price and the application fee is fifty dollars for a background check. The room is unfurnished and for a single person only. No pets, no smoking, and no party/drinking inside the house, sorry!
