Hi! My husband and I just bought a house in Taylor in a nice neighborhood. We are very easy going people and very clean. It’s a 4 bd room house with two full bath. Our fourth room is what’s available. Currently, we are redoing all the floors from carpet to a lighter wood looking lvp so I’m sorry I only have pictures of the undone house- how it looked when we bought it. And also giving almost everything a fresh coat of paint amongst some other small things before we move in. So move in date will not be until December, I just want to get this post up early. They picture of the bedroom in my room. It is very large with a large window and a walk In closet. The room will be completely cleaned and emptied before your move in. I am renting out a couple of the extra upstairs bedrooms in my house. The rent listed would be monthly for each room. This would include utilities (trash, water, electric, internet) as well as use of the kitchen, shared living rooms, deck/yard, and laundry room. The two bedrooms have a shared off-the-hall full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is currently rented (the green one with the mountain pictures). The other is still available at the moment (the blue one with the plant pictures). Both rooms are furnished now. I would be happy to work with any renters to adjust these accommodations if necessary.The house has a decent driveway for off the road parking (limit: one working vehicle per licensed driving adult). The house is located in a nice neighborhood not too far from a Kroger and other shops/fast food facilities. There is also easy highway access. Florence is only about fifteen minutes away, and downtown Cincinnati is maybe thirty minutes away.I do own a dog and an indoor cat. The tenant already renting the basement space has a dog as well. I would prefer not to add any more pets to the household at this time, but I am open to discussion. No partying, drugs, or alcohol (this one is open to discussion) on the property.
