The apartment is shared with two lovely young ladies, ages nineteen and twenty, and a cat named Poogie ( very sweet, the LOML, loves to cuddle ). They are both very respectful, clean and over all great roommates. The complex has a pool as well as a gym. The base rent is around thirty and utilities leaves the total around hundred per person. I am CONSTANTLY cleaning their food bowls and litter daily! So it never smells and there’s no litter anywhere. I am cleanly if anything a little OCD 😅. I usually work mornings till pm Tuesday-Sunday! I like to cook dinner, walk my cats, go to the gym, paint, and occasionally go out with a friend. I don’t do late nights as I’m always in bed by pm. I don’t normally have people over really, I just prefer communication if you do every now and then, but really the privacy of it being our own home is what I’m looking for. I just ask you leave the house how you would want someone to leave it for you! Clean the fridge out weekly on your side, and keep common areas cleanly and pay bills on time 💕 no deposit.
