The house is just a few blocks from the beach, has a backyard and a garage with driveway!Your room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, two night stands, lamp, ceiling fan w light, and closet. The bathroom is shared with one of the housemates. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware, pots and pans, appliances etc. Downstairs is our washer and dryer in the garage. There's high-speed Internet throughout the entire house, with a tower in your room so internet never gets interrupted.Parking: there is 2 car garage that has an EV charging plug, theres also a spot in the driveway, and ample street parking. **Our street does not require a HB parking permit, and there is only street sweeping on Wed from pm.**About us: We are working professional women. We both work a hybrid schedule. We are pretty social outside of work. There are two very friendly doggies living in the house as well. Ice (white husky) and Coco (black lab) and they love to be loved.We're looking for a friendly, clean and sociable roommate to share the home with us. Hello, I am moving out at the end of November due to a new job. The lease doesn't end until June so the new tenant will be taking over my part of the lease. The available room is roughly eighteen feet by fifteen feet with a private bathroom (it is a master bedroom) as well as a large walk-in closet. There is also in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a two car garage with extra space in the lower area (there is also street parking), maintenance, and air conditioning. There is also a one-time security deposit which is the move-in fee (this may be a different price but will be close to this value). Target, Ralphs, and many other stores are within walking distance and Hermosa Beach is a minute drive away. The other three tenants are engineers in their early twenties and work at the same company. They are friendly and go out often.I will be living in the apartment until the end of November, so the new tenant can expect to move in by December 1st or later.Let me know if you have any inquiries about the room/area or anything else.
