Room will be cleared out of everything in it by moving time. New tenant will have, along with current tenant, shared access to kitchen and amenities such as washer and dryer. Dishwasher isn’t currently functioning but will be fixed. All utilities are included as well as wifi. Bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom attached but bathroom in hallway will be designated to it. I am currently preparing to head to the Airforce which is reason behind me moving out of home and having the second bedroom available. I am good friends with current tenant, who has the master bedroom, and he will be in charge of keeping me informed of anything going on and if anything needing to be fixed or replaced. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If friends come by and any smoke make sure to ask them to take a walk around the neighborhood. Not right outside of entrances. Current tenant has asthma and can be very dangerous for him. Drinking is allowed in moderation of course. There is street parking available as well as driveway and one spot in garage parking, other taken by current tenant. Room dimensions is ten feet by twelve feet.
