The pictures of the room are from when we were living in it, but the room is currently empty. In addition to the room, you will have access to a shared room on the 2nd floor that can be used as a guest room, office, or art space. Other features of the house include beautiful, wide-plank hardwood floors throughout the house, high ceilings, a cozy backyard area, and a small detached garage that can be used as a wood shop or storage. My partner and I used to live in the house for the past two years with our best friends, but we just moved out because we are in the process of buying a house. We are definitely sad to go and want to make sure that we find mellow and kind roommates to sublet from us. We originally had two rooms open and found one person to sublet, so we are now looking for one more person to join the house, for a total of four room mates sharing the space. About the roommates: they are both in their 's and tend to keep busy. One is an artist pursuing her master's degree at MassArt.
