Clean and quiet. Easy to get along with. I keep the house really clean. I do most of the primary housework and cleaning. But of course expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. I hope that would be a given. lol! But I’m extremely easy to deal with. I’m not looking for anyone to be my best friend. But I’m very honest and easy to communicate with. I was a bartender for years so I’ve definitely heard it all. I just hope that people are honest with me. This is never a simple matter for people to rent or to rent to others, because we all go in blind. But truly if you can be forthcoming, pay your rent, be a decent human I will be the easiest person you have rented from!! Oh and there’s no one running in or out either. It’s relatively quiet. That’s all I got! Peace. Oh and room available Nov. 1

We've got an available room for rent in one of our homes. We rent two rooms out of our home with those tenants having a shared bathroom (we have our own). One room is already rented to a great tenant- quiet and extremely clean; he leaves early for work and comes home late due to hours/commute and has always gotten along with past tenants. This is our second house so we only spend a couple of weeks there at most out of the month due to it not being our primary residence. With that being said we want to keep it quiet (ie not a party house) and cleanliness is our top priority. :)Rent is $ per month and that includes all utilities and wifi.
