Hey guys, I’m currently looking for a private room to rent around Mid to late March. Likely going to do month to month. I’m , just looking for a fresh restart, coming from a previous toxic household. I have a squeaky clean record, I clean up after myself, and I’m quiet. I don’t smoke or anything. I likely will be in my room most of the time if I’m not at work. I preferably want to be close to Glendale. Requests: + I do have 1 friend I would like to hang out with at the house here and there who is also quiet. I don’t have intentions of sleepovers. + I’ve rented a room before, and I’ve had things stolen from me in the past. From miscellaneous items, to money lying on the dresser. I would like for the home owner to be okay with me having my own lock to the bedroom door I’m renting.
