Must be able to move in by February 1st at the latest. I am a student but recently transferred schools and was unable to secure housing for my spring semester. I am doing this semester online and I am looking for a space to live for months. I am quiet and clean and do not typically invite guests into my space. I enjoy cleaning and will maintain personal and shared areas. I will be getting a part time job upon my relocation, as I currently work for a chain of restaurants and should have no issue transferring to another branch. I don’t mind noisy roommates or loud shared areas either, and pretty much get along with everyone. :)
