Hi guys, my name is Andrew. I’m a gamer and a hiker. I don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs, but I’m neutral about it if that’s important to you. I’m looking for a room to rent with either a male or female roommate — it doesn’t really matter. The most important things for me are cleanliness, friendliness, and respect for each other’s personal space. The fewer people in the apartment, the better. In the future, my fiancée might come to the US, so it would be great if she could stay for a couple of weeks while we look for another place. I’m planning to stay for months, but it could be longer if we’re comfortable living together. I’m looking to move before the end of January; the latest possible move-in date is February 8.
