Hello! I'm a -year-old () who does casual work. I have been living out of home for more than a year now and have recently been approved for Housing assistance if a lease is signed. I'm clean and quiet, and I work hard towards my future school goals, with the hope of pursuing tertiary education. I have had rough living situations, and looking for a place to stay long or short term. I unfortunately cannot live on my own, or with other people that I don’t know due to private reasons. A close friend of mine who is also will be moving in with me. He works two jobs and our combine income is roughly $/pw I receive government funding (youth allowance) for living out of home. I know renting to two young people is untrusting, but I can assure you that we are both hardworking and mature. We both like to keep everything spotless and can take care of ourselves.
