me at I am a year old male. I work full time as a commercial electrician. I do not smoke and I rarely drink (special occasions). I am very clean and quiet. I am looking for a roommate that is also clean in shared spaces. Having an in-unit washer/dryer would be preferred but not a dealbreaker. I have a girlfriend that will be visiting here and there but she will stay overnight maybe only once or twice a month.
