I have a lovely bathroom house. A large yard, carport and shed. I’m preferring someone who can sign a lease for at least 6 months. I do have a cat so would have to be okay with that. I would allow someone who has cats as well. Must pass a background check. I have a private bathroom attached to my room so the other bathroom would be shared between the other 2 rooms.
