I was a litigation paralegal for years in Phoenix before starting my own paralegal firm and running that for the last 8 years. I launched my online business last week helping new business owners with their start-ups, from the legal part of everything and all the steps throughout. We have the most awesome Golden Retriever and a little terrier that we were going to rehome for a friend but accidentally fell in love with her. They are older, not barkers, and they always stay in our rooms with us, they never wander the houses where we have rented rooms in the past. Never. They don't really leave our sides and we are the good pet owners that clean up after them meticulously. My son has a degree in graphic design but he has yet to find a firm that he wants to work for so he works fulltime at Subway until he finds his perfect work situation. No drama. We are ultra clean. AND WE PAY OUR RENT! We are quiet and keep to ourselves. We have had other roommates tell us its like we are not even there. If we are not working we are reading, painting, creating online courses and studying online marketing for future business needs. Yep, we are kind of boring. We are hoping to move ASAP so please let me know if this is something that might work for you.
