I’m a down to Earth year guy with a degree from CSUF in software engineering and work as a software developer in Irvine. I enjoy surfing, hiking, and snowboarding. I work in the office mostly and have good income. No smoking or drugs will will have a drink with friends on occasion. Very active, I love to travel, during the week I’m either at work or the gym, but like to go out on the weekends to surf, golf, or hangout with friends. I have no pets, am very clean, responsible, pay my bills on time, respectful, with good credit, and overall a great roommate
