Hi, My name is David and I’m interested in a room for rent. I’ve lived in the Newton area for about years and currently live in Dover until . I’m fully vaccinated and have had the booster shots and I’m still very careful about distancing and wearing masks. As a roommate, I am very quiet and considerate and I always pay my rent on time. I’m also extremely clean and help with all of the household responsibilities. I have worked with seniors in community homes, as well as in-home caregiving and plan to continue. I have also taught music lessons for over years (always outside the home) and plan to start again once Covid gets more under control. I also have my own business called AFAF-anything for a friend, which provides services and a variety of small jobs for friends and neighbors in the area. I also have a good amount savings to make the transition comfortable. As a tenant, I’m a nonsmoker with no pets and great references and I have never missed or been late with a rent payment.
