A cleaning lady and i will come once in a month with prior information & any noticed damages charged to the responsible person or charged to tenants if no one claims responsibility.Pay slips,stable employment with past address history & ssn required. Must sign a contract, 1 month advance & days notice required to vacate. Rent on 1st of each month & and an extra usd/day will be charged for any delay. Extra tenants on the property without approval will result in your contract termination, losing full advance & will be asked to vacate immediately. I am ok with visiting friends & guests as long as you don't abuse.1 car/room can be parked on the street or will provide dedicated garage access - /month with keyfobs. 1 pool access key to be shared.
