The apartment is shared with two lovely young ladies, ages nineteen and twenty, and a cat named Poogie ( very sweet, the LOML, loves to cuddle ). They are both very respectful, clean and over all great roommates. The complex has a pool as well as a gym. The base rent is around thirty and utilities leaves the total around hundred per person.
