I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Stadium Suites starting in January ending July , I am planning on moving out in mid-December for a job in Florida. It’s basically on the UofSC campus right near the Hilton and public health school so super walkable. It also has great amenities (tanning bed, gym, pool, study, game room, theater, courtyards, golf simulator). You would be in the first bedroom off the kitchen and then the other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the kitchen. (It is a slightly different layout than the standard picture shown.) It’s a nice individual bedroom with its own bath, huge walk-in closet and the place is very renovated. It also has a dish washer and washer/dryer inside the apartment. The current residents living there and super nice and in their junior year at UofSC.I am only moving out because I bought a townhouse!!!
