I am looking for a roommate to accompany me and my cat, Mr. Sushi, in my 2-bed apartment in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. I’m currently a dog walker/pet sitter, but I’m looking to get a restaurant job to hold me over until I attend grad school in the fall. The apartment is fully furnished, and I’m only going to charge $ for the extra room in my apartment. You would only be responsible for furnishing your room. I am very comfortable sharing, as long as you treat my belongings with respect. I am a very clean person, and I would like a roommate who is clean and organized. I would prefer to live with another queer person of color (I am Bangladeshi, but I also speak Spanish and love to practice languages), but I’m open to anyone. I practice music from the time and like to play music out loud but not super loud or anything. I have a partner who is over 2x a week, but that number varies from week to week. looking for a roommate in west town - * pics to come! just adding one for now, so, get overall vibe! it’s fully furnished yes and full of cowboy posters that. the bed is a full and urs to use. and that closet? huge. wish it was mine. it’s a good size bedroom and the natural light is lovely with the big window + the little window is cutie. we would share a bathroom but, as pictured you would get your own sink. with its own storage underneath. it’s huge: the floor is heated and the bathtub is massive. i love her!!!! the shared common areas left are the kitchen and the living room. i go to estate sales and thrift a lot and have cultivated this fun s style and hopefully you appreciate it. irving and fergus are the cats. they are chill and will bother me not you lol but, they do love scratchies and cuddles when i’m not there. they are animals after all :) let me know if i missed anything or you have any questions! thank you!

If you drive or jump in an uber, you're about 5 min from tons of hip restaurants and nightlife on Milwaukee Ave. This is a great combination of a sleepy neighborhood with a ton to do nearby.Your room isn't huge at feet, but the door placement is such where you can easily fit a queen size bed, a dresser, and even a small desk. You'll also have a large closet that could even maybe be turned into a space for a desk and computer if you don't want that in your main bedroom space. The closet is feet wide and over 3 feet deep.My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to help with bills so we can save some money. We're in a stable, no-drama relationship. We're very laid back and mostly keep to ourselves. That much said, I'm going to be setting up a " projector screen for movie night, etc. So that'll probably bring us out of our room more often. We're clean, responsible, and friendly.Parking is very easy on the street before about 7pm. I normally park right outside the front door. After 7pm you may have to park a block or two away. There is parking available out back for an extra fee. I'd have to talk to the landlord about that if you're interested.The biking/walking trail is less than 5 min away by bike which is an express trip into Wicker Park. You can put your bike right inside the front door.Armitage bus is a sec walk from the apartment.
