One room in a 2 bedroom home. It’s a duplex and our side has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and one half bath. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs. Your bedroom is unfurnished with a small window and walk in closet. There’s a half bathroom, 1 car garage and washer (hookup only) and dryer on the lowest level. On the main floor there’s a living, dining and kitchen area as well as an outdoor patio, & small side yard. The kitchen has a microwave, stove and dishwasher. The fridge is in the garage as it’s too big for the kitchen, but hoping to downsize or just move it into the dining room. I’m hoping for a quiet predictable room mate like myself. Someone who likes to chill and watch tv and football would be great, but keeping to yourself is okay too. As long as you don’t have rowdy guests, are nice and respectful and keep things clean, we should get along! No pets allowed. Smoking is outside only. The pictures are blurry because they’re screenshots of a video. New photos coming soon. I am just moving in myself so it’s pretty bare as far as shared space furniture, dishes etc. I’ll start slowly adding things to the common area and you would be welcome to bring anything you’d like to for personal or shared use.

Casual drinking is fine, but no illegal drugs. * Very clean, nice and safe place to live (I mean the neighborhood, but of course the house too😁) The Interior is completely remodeled. Your bedroom and bathroom are your private areas and the rest of the house will be shared space. The room is partly furnished now with a double bed, nightstand and a couple of other things, but it can be unfurnished or more furnished. Small Pets are OK, but there is a pet fee.I am super easy goin and love to laugh. When I’m not at work, I spend a lot of my time at the lake, & doing outdoor activities. I like to hang out at times, but mostly during the week, I’m pretty focused on preparing for work the next day. I’m not a clean freak, but but would expect that we both clean up our own messes in the common areas daily. (Kitchen, laundry,living, etc…) You will have a very large bedroom with a walk-in closet & shelves, a large private bathroom with lots of storage. I’ve lived in the Harvest Hills addition for about four years, it’s a beautiful, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood, which is why I rented this new place here.
