It’s located in South Park, which is a very safe neighborhood with a lot of families and a local vibe. It’s a minute walk to The Fruit Bowl Market, a minute walk to Target and the shops and restaurants on Fern, and minute walk to Balboa Park. It’s less than 5 minutes from I- as well, super central. The house has a nice cozy living room with a big couch and TV for movie nights, as well as modern appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, full washer/dryer in their own space!). It’s , so you’d be living with myself and my roommate Kylee, who you’d share the bathroom with, and each room is nice and private.
