Howdy! I am looking for a female roommate in Eastside Costa Mesa. Move in date is December first. You have your own bedroom and en-suite bathroom, access to all common areas, a garage parking spot, half storage and washer and dryer in the garage, and there’s a pool/jacuzzi on premise. I do have two (adorable) small dogs.

I am looking for a roommate to take over the spare room and private bathroom in a two bedroom unit in Huntington Harbour/Sunset Beach. On the water overlooking the channel facing the ocean so there is always a nice breeze. Walking distance to the beach, fine dining and funky dive bars. Plenty of storage in garage, washer and dryer. This is an amazing place with nice amenities and great neighbors. I'm late 's male, semi retired. Older female preferred, no pets, smoking or working from home.
