The room has a very nice queen size bed, a dresser, full length mirror, a closet, a wall mounted electric fireplace, a wall mounted big screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. Detached (just down the hall) private, full bathroom. Amazing kitchen available, if you clean. Well furnished living room, with a giant wall mounted, big screen TV, surround sound etc Private-driveway-parking. Screened-in back porch/bbq area, and small botanical garden with fish pond and seating area in front. Walking trail. Million-dollar views. 3 minutes from town, stores, restaurants, 1 hour to Nashville or Bowling Green. FENCED PROPERTY WITH SECURITY SYSTEM. ALSO, POTENTIAL TENANTS...BE COMFORTABLE WITH LARGE (very sweet) DOGS. - No criminal activity tolerated. Smoking IS allowed, OUTSIDE. Potential future opportunity to house sit when I travel. Also, potential to lower rent if you’re good with the dogs and want to help walk them. Character references required. No felons. No drugs. No gender preference. Pets considered on case by case basis.
