Non partier been there done that, alcoholics and drug addicts need not apply, I’ve already been down that road with people and I’m just done with it. I’m just trying to make it, and survive thru difficult times. Beautiful location, ocean view from living room. Need a clean person, no loud music, hopefully friendly and kind. Located right above main beach Laguna Beach with a slice of ocean to go with your sunsets! This location is easy walking distance to great restaurant options and grocery stores. It includes a small patio and a beautiful shared garden area that is not pictured. This is a one year lease and month to month from there. A garage spot is available for an additional cost per month.
