One bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom home in Sun Valley, located 1 mile from the border of Burbank. There are two women roommates (age ). The bedroom shares a bathroom (outside of room, not connected)). We are looking for a roommate preferably a woman. Rent is $ a month due on the first and the security deposit is $. We have 3 dogs so need to be dog friendly but unfortunately we have met the threshold on the lease for how many dogs/cats the house can have so we can’t have anymore. Plenty of street parking (we live in a cul-de-sac). We are quiet people so we’re looking for someone similar (doesn’t throw big parties every Saturday for example). Central heating / AC. Washer and dryer in house. I don’t have a picture of the room yet because our current roommate is still in there. She’s moving out the beginning of October but as soon as I get pics, I’ll post.
