You will have a bathroom downstairs.the bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. It’s in the shared laundry room. There is a shared kitchen and full gym with everything you would need for a full body workout to include boxing bag. Treadmill, cardio machine ,abdominal machine , exercise balls, free weights, stair stepper, yoga, and a personal trainer to do anything else you would want on the Mirror. I don’t smoke but you can outside I have a nice area set up. No smoking in the house. I’m not a big drinker but like a mixed drink every now and then. All my kids are grown so I have this big house all to myself. There is a living room that is downstairs for you to utilize. All Utilities included to include super fast Internet. No cats highly allergic. No big dogs. No reptiles. There is a in ground pool with a relaxing covered patio to grill and watch tv on. Or outdoor speakers to listen to music while you sit around the fire pit. Yes there is a Deposit because I have been burned before

The room is small but the closet is a nice size. As I said must must must love dogs. No animals of your own. My dogs will protect you and love you as long as you do the same for them. They are my everything and any harm to them in anyway will not be tolerated! I’m outside alot but feel free to come chill any time you like. I’m pretty quiet but I do enjoy music. I Don’t have hardly any company at all. And I prefer the same from you. Now and again is cool but anything after that work for me. It’s not furnished. Stay outta my food and my stuff and I’m cool. Bathroom is right next to both available bedrooms on second floor. Each bedroom has its own set of keys that only you would have access to. Home has a backyard, 2 car garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, fenced in backyard, a mid sized home gym, and a blowup jacuzzi. Every room will be accessible to you, except for my bedroom.
