The basement has plenty of space and is unfinished which provides some storage, and has a full gym with TV; including a peloton bike that you are free to use at your convenience. This house has things to do on every corner and high speed internet that is 1GB. This home is walking distance to the neighborhood pool, tennis courts and several parks!
