In my ’s, private chef, healthy lifestyle and empty nester that raised 5 children. My Son has been my roomate here for 2 years and is moving out with his girlfriend. I have a job 7 minutes away and would prefer to stay here with a roomate. The lease is and I have been splitting the rent and all utilities as I have the Master bedroom. I work from all week. i have a loft upstairs that I hang out in. Don’t cook much at home as I cook at work all week. Happy to empty half the kitchen for your own space in kitchen. When i have company it is typically one of my kids coming by or a friend staying overnight from out of town. it is a good shared space for a roomate as you have your own floor, main level is shared and I have my own space downstairs as large as a small one bedroom apartment. You also have a garage and storage.
