Hi everyone! I’m moving to the Reston Virginia area during the last week of June - first week of July and I’m looking for a furnished bedroom in a home or in an apartment to rent out. I am possibly looking into furnished basements too. I’m also looking to live in a thriving area that has a lot of social things to do too. Requirements: - $ (budget, no more) - Furnished bedroom (at least a full bed frame with a mattress, closet, dresser, window) - No more than a minute car drive from Reston, Virginia (Tysons Corner, Fall Church, Mclean, and Reston are places I’m fine with living. (Will not live in Maryland or DC, too far) - I work a schedule (so I need quiet time in the evenings/nighttime) - At least two bathrooms inside the house or apartment - Pet friendly household (cats and dogs) - parking space - I will not become part of your apartment lease I am a young professional starting a new career. I am clean, respectful, considerate, and friendly. I am more introverted (so I gain energy being alone) but I would like to live with some friendly, respectful, outgoing individuals, preferably people in their s or early s. I want to get to know the NOVA/DC area well, and go out and explore it! I love to go out to explore the area but also enjoy nights in. I don’t have pets atm but I am thinking about getting a cat or a small dog in the next year. Feel free to reach out! 🙂
