Hi there, I'm a something female currently working as a nanny Mon-Thurs in the Birmingham area, and cant afford alot currently which is the main reason looking for someone with an extra available room for rent.:) I am wanting a clean, comfortable, decent size room unfurnished with a closet preferably to rent month to month(no long-term commitment or lease incase not a good fit) in a pleasant, drama free environment, clean, comfortable place. I'm only interested in renting from someone in a non smoking and if you have pets, would expect you to clean up after and take care of them(I'm fine with pets but have none and not wanting to take care of someone elses:).Someone who also works days during the week is ideal or if not, would be quiet, considerate and respectful later at night and overnight during week and early morning over the wknd(I'm a very light sleeper:)if you are around and up, is ideal.:) I'm a non smoker, cannot live with anyone who smokes inside home or if smells like smoke inside(I have allergies, can't take the smell) no drugs and no heavy drinking to avoid any nonsense is ideal as well.:) I'm very respectful, considerate and typically when home am relaxing, so being in a comfortable, stressful free environment would be great.:)If you feel could be a good fit and are interested, please msg here and can also me cinderellaxxxgmail.
