I am a senior citizen looking for room with private bath (bath must be exclusive).
I prefer an unfurnished room with a large or walk-in closet, access to high speed Internet, a kitchen and a washer & dryer.
Please no smoking and no cats (allergies)
I spend a lot of time in my room and may be working at home full-time.
