sq ft apartment with .5 baths. Two floors plus a basement and small backyard patio type area. I have already furnished the entire apartment and have a home office in the living room that can be shared as well as a home gym in the basement to also be shared as long as nothing gets carelessly damaged. Parking arrangements are currently being changed by property management, and I can't say what they will be as of now. I work full time night shifts on top of being a student. Just looking to save some money while still in school. The move in fee is just half the cost of the security deposit (one month's rent).
