Hi! I’m Candice — friendly, respectful, and easygoing. I have a small service animal, Sir Bronco, he is very lovable, and easygoing like myself. I value a clean, peaceful living environment and believe good communication makes shared spaces work smoothly. I’m responsible, dependable, and mindful of others’ space, while still being social and approachable. I enjoy relaxing at home, staying organized, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. I’m considerate about noise, shared areas, and boundaries, and I appreciate roommates who are the same. I’m looking for a comfortable place where everyone feels at home and respected.
