I have to move out and I’m looking for sombody to rent out my room and be roommates with my good friend Viktoria (he/him). Rent is a month and utilities are about per month per person. Must be okay with a cat in the house although the cat stays in the room most of the time. We are also queer/ trans household so looking for sombody lgbtq+ unless you’re a chill and cool ally. We are in a neighborhood with lots of street parking, the yard is nice to have and the downstairs neighbors take care of it per the lease agreement.
