You can walk to the beach and Venice boardwalk easily, and it’s a short drive to Culver City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, or Hollywood. Midwest transplant, originally from Iowa. I’m super laid back about personal space and open to collaborating on the apartment — it’s already filled with my art, books, and VHS collection. I like music, fantasy paperbacks, video games, D&D, Movies, and writing.
