You can leave the lease as long as you find a replacement. You can resign as well for Sept 1- Fully furnished. Desk stays, bed stays, dresser stays, etc- Trash and laundry in basement- Elevator in building. Apartment on 6th floorRoommate InfoOne roommate goes to Juilliard, another roommate works in finance (Columbia grad). Both roommates are males, respectful, easy-going. I've had a great time living in the apartment while I've been in school. It's very easy to coordinate with all of them.House Rules- No partying- There is a rotating cleaning schedule for each roommate. Each week, one roommate will take out trash, clean bathroom, vacuum floors, etc- Quiet time after ten pm- If you bring someone over to the apartment, give the roommates a heads-up before.
