Hi! I have a room available in Valley Glen (near North Hollywood, minutes from Studio City). It’s a nice and modern 4-story house, with 4 bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Room has a shared bathroom with another woman, but there is also an additional half bathroom always available.I live on the first floor but am rarely home due to work. Looking for a roommate who wants a peaceful, respectful, clean, and drama-free home life.The house has a nice private rooftop with great views, big kitchen (with new appliances and huge island for cooking), and in unit washer and dryer. I’m a working professional and will only be home nights of the week. I will be spending most of my time in another city where my daughter and wife live.
