Hi everyone! I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my spot in a bath apartment because I’m moving out.The rent includes all utilities except for SMUD and wifi. The apartment is right across the Sac State guy west bridge so if you do go to sac state you can walk! There is also free parking at it is gated.
