My name is Robert, and I am interested in the room for rent. I am moving to the area to be closer to my grand-kids. I am years old, active/healthy, very clean and laid back. I am warm and friendly, but mostly independent and will be a quiet roommate. I am looking for availability in the next few weeks (depending on when the room is available).
