There’s two other FEMALE students who stay here, both are upperclass men and or recently graduated.Amenities include a fully furnished apartment, free WiFi, in-house laundry room, private bathroom, clubhouse with a movie theater and pool table, a gym, computer lab and study room, and a pool. It is a 3 minute drive from USF, and you only pay for utilities if you go over the maximum energy consumption which is splitter among the roommates.
