This is an apartment. I am currently living in one room. There needs to be a new tender by January or February. This apartment is set up for student living. I am renting a room in an apartment with three other girls connected by a living room, kitchen, and laundry room. This apartment is upgraded and has better fixtures and cabinets. It is worth the price for a very spacious room compared to the new apartments in the area. This apartment is great for a working student. UCF is 5 minutes away, and Valencia College is ten minutes away. You are not very far from the city for work. You are very close to many restaurants and stores.
